Uses of Novolin
Novolin is an intermediate-acting insulin used to manage blood sugar levels in individuals with diabetes. It goes by the generic name Insulin Isophane. After administration, its effects start within 2 to 4 hours and last approximately 12 to 18 hours, making it suitable for both children and adults. Insulin isophane is also marketed under the brand names Humulin and ReliOn/NovoLIN.
