Oneptus is a combination medicine that provides medical care to people with chronic heart failure. This medicine lowers the chances of hospitalizations due to cardiovascular problems. It contains two active ingredients, such as Sacubitril and Valsartan.
Sacubitril is a medication for blood pressure. It increases protein levels in the body, which helps widen blood vessels. It belongs to a group of drugs called neprilysin inhibitors.
Valsartan is a type of angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). It works by relaxing blood vessels, enabling blood flow more easily.

Take Oneptus 49mg/51mg orally twice daily for the initial dose. If maintenance treatment is necessary, take Oneptus 97mg/103mg orally twice daily.
